Unfortunately we’re not able to process international orders directly from our website at the moment.  If you’d like to order Eleven as One product to send overseas, please contact us at hello@elevenasone.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do to help you. 

Returns

Returning goods to Eleven as One:

· Products can be returned within 28 days of delivery if the items are in their original clean and unworn condition

·  We’d love to have your feedback on what we could improve, so please email us with you order number at hello@elevenasone.co.uk and let us know the reason for your return.  We will then give you information on where to return your parcel

·       To send back, if possible recycle the original packaging - you can just re-label it.  Please note we do not offer free returns

·       You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. Once your order has been returned, you will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 days

How Eleven as One handles faulty goods:

We work hard to keep quality of our products high and will be very sorry if you find any faults. If there
are any faults please send photos to hello@elevenasone.co.uk explaining the fault so that we can rectify this
for you.
